Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 24, 2025

By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

• Full payment is due before or on the day of your trip.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7+ days in advance may qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days may result in a partial or no refund.

• Trips canceled due to unsafe weather, at the captain’s discretion, will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

3. Safety & Conduct

• Guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times.

• USCG-approved life jackets are provided and must be worn when directed.

• Trips may be ended early without refund if guest behavior poses a safety risk.

4. Assumption of Risk
Boating, fishing, swimming, tubing, and wakeboarding involve inherent risks. By booking, you accept these risks and release Jersey Shore Bay Tours, its captain, and crew from liability for injury, loss, or damage.

5. Alcohol & Substances

• Alcohol is permitted in moderation.

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

6. Weather Policy
Trips may be adjusted, shortened, or canceled for safety reasons. The captain’s decision is final.

7. Media & Promotion
By participating, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during your trip to be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
